We deliver your goods by recorded post at a maximum cost of £4.95 per order. Your goods are dispatched within 3 working days from receiving your payment. We endeavour to dispatch as soon as we can.

Do you allow product returns?

Yes. We offer a 10 days money back guarantee should you wish to return your product, no questions asked. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please check our delivery page on the "more information section" for more detailed information.

How are my goods packaged?

All products come with elegant jewellery cases or boxes with our own logo. They are packed in a brown jiffy bag with a discrete label.

Where are my good dispatched from?

Most of our products are dispatched from our UK office (90%). Some may be dispatched from our Belgium based workshop (10%).
